Fox & Company Salon and Day Spa has been operating since 1998 on Hatcher Lane. Mrs. Sue Fox purchased the building after she had grew her clientele working from her home. We are a full Natulique Salon and Day Spa. We offer all hair services from coloring, blonding, balayage, perms, haircuts, blow-outs, and much more. We have wonderful, professional, Massage Therapists and Estheticians that excel in pampering the client and meeting their wellness goals in rejuvenating the skin and body.
Our goal is to provide an all-inclusive package. We want to be a total resource for stress reduction, wellness and beauty by creating results oriented treatments. You can get the same pampering right here at home without investing the time and expense of flying to a far-away destination spa. We pride ourselves on providing an affordable experience. We want our clients to feel comfortable and that begins with fashioning an environment that is upscale but not stuffy.

Hi, I’m Sue Fox, co-owner of Fox & Company. My career began in Giles County, Tennessee, where I attended Callahan's Beauty College in 1971, the day I graduated from Beech Hill High School. My first job was an eyeopener. Joann Starkes owned the salon and was a master of shampoo, cut & style. Being a teenager that wasn't exactly what I had envisioned. While working in the salon, I earned an Associates of Arts (A.A.) at Martin Methodist College which is now UT Southern. My next step in my journey was moving to Cookeville where I worked at a salon and went to Tennessee Tech, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education. I moved with my husband, Lyndell Fox, to Maury County in 1977, where he was a CPA at Bowe, Hundley, Kelly, CPAs. I got a position teaching second grade at McDowell Elementary, children being my second love. I began building a business with my teacher friends, not knowing my pathway would become opening a home salon, where I could stay home with our two sons, Todd and Wesley. For the next ten years, I was a stay at home mom, which really fit with my Cosmetology and Esthetician license. When my clientele became too big, I rented spaces in Columbia and ended up in Campbell Plaza. Hair is my passion.

Prior to receiving my massage certification from Branford Hall Career Institute in Connecticut (2005), I worked for AAA in Public Relations and Marketing for many years. I know first-hand how the stress of working on a computer all day can put strain on your mind and body. While working for AAA I began receiving massages on a regular basis. It was then that I decided to change careers and become a massage therapist.
I currently live in Columbia with my husband. We enjoy exploring the area, meeting great people, sampling the delicious food, and taking in the beautiful scenery.

I was born and raised in Louisiana, the state we affectionately call “Da Boot”. I have a degree in Engineering and I spent several years using that education in various manufacturing businesses. Years ago a change in the business environment caused me to explore other career opportunities. I had for a number of years read about and studied massage as a form of healing and physical recovery. I decided to pursue massage therapy as a profession. I evaluated several schools in Nashville area and chose Natural Health Institute for my training. I am humbled and honored when clients choose to use me for their massage therapy needs. I assure you that my professionalism and quality of service is unsurpassed. I am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and Licensed as a Massage Therapist in the State of Tennessee. I am also a Registered Reiki Master. My services are insured by AMBP.
